We monitor conditions closely, and ship plants weather dependant, and on Mondays, in order to ensure your plant arrives to you as quickly as possible, without sitting in postal warehouses over weekends and holidays. It is important to note that while we do prepare packages with heat packs when necessary, during holidays, long weekends, and extreme weather conditions, shipping may be delayed to ensure the safe arrival of plants. 

We do everything reasonably within our power to ensure plants are shipped as safely as possible, however The Stem Shop cannot be held responsible for any damages, delays, or losses incurred by third party postage carriers. It is the responsibility of the customer receiving to immediately open and attend to plants once received, as live plants left in boxes after delivery for any period of time are likely to incur conditional damage.
