No! But we do need to ensure the size and type of pots you have fit the plants that we choose for each season. Reach out at hello@shopthestem.com to tell us about the planters you have, and our design team can let you know how they can fit within our planting services!

Of course not! Our planters are made of durable outdoor fibreglass/cement mix and are a one time investment, lasting you many many seasons!

We are proud to offer free installation/delivery to all homes in the Greater Vancouver Area & Fraser Valley!

At this time we do not take requests for subscription and one time refresh orders, as we curate modern, low maintenance plants and flowers that reflect the heat and conditions of every season. But we always love to hear from you, and strive to install plants that everyone will love! If you would like to give us any requests or feedback we can take into consideration when choosing the plants for the season, please feel free to email us at hello@shopthestem.com. Customers are also always welcome to reach out about pricing for custom plant installation if you have any specific plant/flower needs or requests.
